Q: I made a mistake on my order! Help!

A: If you need to revise your order for any reason, please EMAIL us within 24 HOURS and we will quickly help resolve the issue. If you wait any longer than the 24 hours to notify us of an error, we will not be able to alter your order. The sooner the better!! : )

Q. Do you accept returns?

A: We're so sorry, but NO. Every item is made to order; nothing is lying around collecting dust. Once the item is made specifically for you we will not be able to return or exchange it. If needed, please EMAIL us within 24 HOURS  of initially placing your order, to either revise or cancel your order; no changes can be made after that.
